The success of our ER2 series and the extremely positive response from our customers have prompted us to further develop this user-friendly, robust and compact inverter series into an all-rounder with high-tech features. Proven features (integrated in the device: EMC filter, PI controller, operator module) as well as the clear user interface have been retained, while at the same time the functionality of the new frequency inverter has been extended by useful additions (e.g. reset input) in line with the optimisation of previously existing parameters (e.g. inverting option of the PI controller).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The device type ER21-..-G is located in a housing (protection class IP55) with built-in mains switch (lockable), setpoint potentiometer and control switch (start\/stop or direction of rotation preselection). Further switches (e.g. reset, fixed setpoints) can be added on request. The device type ER21-..-K (protection class IP41) can also be installed in a dry, dust-free environment without the need for a control cabinet.
The wide voltage range from 200 to 500 V enables the use of our converters in almost all grids in the world.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To optimize operation, the ER21 has a vector-oriented control system that guarantees optimum concentricity even at low speeds.
Due to the steplessly adjustable clock frequency from 2 to 15 kHz, it is possible to keep the motor noise as low as possible.
The output frequency can be continuously adjusted within a range of 0.1 to 400 Hz.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The frequency inverters of the ER21 series have a mains filter integrated in the device, are CE marked in accordance with the EU Low Voltage and EMC Directive and comply with the applicable product standard for frequency inverters EN 61800-3.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
