A complete range of BLEMO® – for all applications.
This new range replaces the ER31 and complements the ER22 in the higher power ranges, as the unit combines all the features of these ranges. The programmable and optio-neal possibilities of the ER40 are virtually unlimited. The device can be used for all applications in mechanical and plant engineering, both for variable and constant torque applications. The development was carried out under the latest aspects of relevant standards and international regulations, including EMC and environmental compatibility, e.g. RoHs, WEEE.
The ER40 is available in two versions ER40-…K, protection type IP20 and ER40-…G, protection type IP54/55 with(-V2) and without(-V1) additional switches. The ER40 is supplied up to 75 kW with a 4-digit 7-segment display (graphic terminal as an option), higher powers with a graphic terminal with local/remote control. The devices are supplied ex works with painted circuit boards. Units from 90 kW are additionally equipped with tin-plated copper bars (optional for smaller outputs) for aggressive air.
The frequency inverters of the ER40 series have a mains filter integrated in the device, are CE marked in accordance with the EU Low Voltage and EMC Directive and comply with the applicable standards for frequency inverters EN 61800-2, -3 and -5-1,-2.
