Easy handling and strong performance for solutions with simple system integration.
LS14 with 100A
The LS14 is a compact power controller from BLEMO® that combines extreme functionality with simple operation and setup. Modern, freely configurable operating modes enable optimum adaptation to the load characteristics and thus ensure maximum process efficiency. It can be flexibly adjusted and, if required, further functions and extensions can be activated via a software key.
The clear, high-resolution 1.5″ TFT display provides all necessary information about operation and configuration. This includes alarm indication as well as process and operating data, such as nominal load, load voltage and energy consumption. If an error occurs, a plain text message appears, which guarantees a precise localization of the error and a quick remedy. Downtimes are thus reduced to a minimum. The LS14 has Ethernet communication and a dual-port switch as standard, so that several devices can be connected in series (daisy chained). Using standard Ethernet protocols such as Modbus/TCP, integration into an existing plant and communication with other devices such as temperature and process controllers, PLCs, SCADA and monitoring systems is simplified.
Higher-level systems can access diagnostics and operating parameters and thus optimize the overall process. The “plug and play” Ethernet connection is provided via “zero configuration” protocol. With standard voltage and current inputs, the LS14 supports analog communications for power setpoints.
Digital control supports precision and repeatability. The control system ensures sustainable performance and durability of the process.
A fanless design, for either DIN rail or panel mounting, simplifies installation. The controller has intuitive features such as quick code start, integrated screen and communication, and the capacity and ability to duplicate configurations.
Advanced operating modes enable harmonic noise reduction and power factor optimization in the network. This, in turn, can reduce the penalties imposed by utilities. A fanless design improves durability and provides better cost efficiency and reliability.
Designed to continuously monitor and detect process faults and notify the operator via either an alarm relay, display and/or communications. Real-time parameters, alarms and diagnostics are integrated to provide accurate load fault detection and predictive maintenance planning.
