COMPACT-LINE

Three compact designs

The ER1 is offered in three compact designs:

  • Standard inverter with heat sink (ER1-…K). For normal ambient conditions and enclosure mounting
  • Inverter on base plate (ER1-…B). Allows the inverter to be mounted on the machine enclosure if it can absorb and dissipate the heat.
  • Inverter in IP65 enclosure (ER1-…G). This housing is equipped with a mains switch, a switch for specifying the direction of rotation or start/stop and a setpoint potentiometer. This fully pre-wired unit can be installed in the immediate vicinity of the motor and put into operation immediately after the mains and motor connections have been made.

With only 22 parameters, the ER1 can be adapted to all common applications. The following software functions are available:

  • Push button control Start/Stop
  • Slip compensation
  • Automatic restart after fault
  • DC braking
  • Thermal motor protection
  • potential-free fault signal contact
  • Output frequency up to 120Hz

Compliance with directives and standards

The frequency inverters of the ER1 series comply with the EU Low Voltage and EMC Directive and the applicable product standard for frequency inverters EN 61800-3.
